Refunds & Returns

* No refunds or returns can be issued at this time due to the covid-19 outbreak for our health and safety * 

Returns are only accepted if the product is still in unused condition and as it was when it was sold. No used items can be returned unless faulty. Please contact us within 7 Days if you are not happy with your product. after 7 days has passed from receiving your item we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded. We will need your proof of purchase to process a refund/exchange.

​If your item is approved for a refund after we have received it back and inspected it you will receive the item(s) purchase cost refunded to the payment method used, postage costs are non- refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. If your item is damaged or not in the same condition as it was sent then we will not be able to process a refund or exchange. When sending your item(s) back to us you will need to cover the shipping costs. Please use a trackable service to ensure your order gets back to us as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost.

  Refunds of Services Received

After services have been received, refunds will not be given under any circumstances. This is due to the time taken to carry out the service and the products used.

 When paying your deposit for a treatment, you can change your appointment date/time up to 48 hours prior to the original service and your deposit will remain on the same booking. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment after the 48 hour window, you will lose your deposit and will need to pay another if you wish to re-book.

 Deposits are non-refundable.
